Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient who will agree to fill consent form. 2. Pre diagnosed cervical spondylosis patients having neck pain for more than 1-2 months. 3.pain intensity of at least 3mm points on visual analogue scale (VAS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.serious sensory or cognitive and aphasic deficit 2.pregnancy 3.cervical myelopathy 4.balanced disorder 5.any recent fracture or surgery 6.auditory impairment 7.perceptual defects 8.mental retardation 9.malignancy or tumor
