Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants suffering from Digital eye strain,with mild/moderate/intense symptoms according to Computer Vision Syndrome Scale,with score of more or equal to 6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants who have undergone eye surgery. 2.Participants who have already undergone interventional program on eye exercises and with painful neck movements. 3.Participants having eye disorders such as squint and nystagmus. 4.Participants with refractory errors i.e participants wearing spectacles.

COMPUTER VISION SYNDROME QUESTIONNAIRE.Timepoint: pre baseline. post immediately on 1st day and after 3 weeks.
