Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Final year physiotherapy Students willing to participate and ready to give informed written consent 2. Clinical staff who observe the students in their postings everyday and who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Final year physiotherapy students not willing to participate in the study 2. Clinical Staff not willing to participate in the study
