Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Able to understand verbal instruction community dwelling. Have MOCA grade at least 26. Vision 6/6 or corrected Not having any neurological disorder which affecting GAIT and balance with having BBS score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of diabetes mellites more than 5 years. History of psychoactive medication in past 6 month History of fall in past 1 year. Other health conditions that preclude safe participation in the exercise program, insufficient English to follow instructions. Not willing to be assessed and treated.
