Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals between the age group 35-65 years. Diagnosed case chronic stroke (6 months or more) Participants lying within the range of (26-30) on MOCA scale Participants lying within the range of (61-90) on Barthel index Participants lying within the range of (8-10) on HADS scale Subjects for whom coming to OPD for treatment is not feasible

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with history of one or more stroke. Subjects who do not have access to phone or laptop with internet connection. Any other musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, neurological Condition affecting the Functional ability of the patient.
