Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Periodontitis stage II or III, grade A or B 2)Clinical attachment loss of 3-5mm, radiographic bone loss to the middle third, loss of teeth �4 due to periodontitis, probing depth � 6 mm. 3)At least, 20 teeth in the mouth. 4)Plaque Index (PI) 5)At least one interproximal 2, 3-wall bone defect with moderate to deep intrabony defects (�3mm) on the radiographic examination 6)clinical probing depths (PD) >5mm after nonsurgical periodontal therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient having any systemic disease 2.patient had undergone any periodontal treatment in last 6 months. 3.smokers 4.pregnant/lactating mother

Clinical measure: Clinical attachment loss (CAL)Timepoint: Changes will be assessed at 3 time points. 1. Baseline, 2. Reevaluation (3 months after root debridement), 3. Second reevaluation (9 months after Periodontal regenerative surgery)

Radiographic measure: Defect depth reduction will be assessed from baseline to 9 month post operatively on radiographs probing pocket depth plaque index gingival index change in gingival margin levelTimepoint: 1.baseline 2.9 months following periodontal regenerative surgery
