Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who skate atleast for 3 days per week and for more than one year of all genders who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with lower limb injury in the past one year. Participants less than 5 years and more than 25 years of age. Participants with patellofemoral pain syndrome and chondromalacia patella. Participants with recent lower extremities surgeries. Any degenerative disease of lumbar spine,hip,knee,ankle.
