Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Adult patients undergoing single level OLIF or TLIF elective procedure in the Orthopaedics theatre • ASA I and II patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having either preoperative thigh pain or hip flexion deformity 2.Previous anterior surgery or posterior surgery 3.Multiple level OLIF or TLIF 4.Preoperative hemoglobin less than 8 gram percent
