Intervention1: specific protocol for management of overactive bladder: 3 week protocol will be given to the participant consisting of pelvic floor training, yoga, dietary modifications and strategies

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females of 18 years of age & above Score greater than 8 in overactive bladder questionnaire (OAB-v8)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant females Intrauterine device use Urinary tract infection. Renal stone. Uncooperative subjects. Pelvic surgeries.
