Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 Years Sex Male, Female, Transgender Patients having any of the symptoms like bleeding during defecation, constipation, pain in anal region will be selected. Second degree Hemorrhoids Patients Willing to give blood samples for the investigations when require and undergo examination using proctoscopy Patient willing to sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fissure in Ano Fistula in Ano External Hemorrhoids K/H/O Rectal tuberculosis K/H/O Rectal cancer
