Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group 18-50years of either gender 2.Clinical presentation of Vata kaphaja Gridhrasi 3.Positive S.L.R test with degree (30-60) 4.Chronicity of disease <5years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any traumatic conditions of spine and hip 2.Rhematoid arthritis, Gout 3.Pregnancy and lactation 4.Other Systemic disorders 5.Contra indications for Basti karma 6.Other therapies like physiotherapy
