Inclusion criteria: PREGNANT WOMEN DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETES IN PREGNANCY (WHO CRITERIA) 1) > 18 YRS AGE 2) SINELTON FOETUS 3) WOMEN ON RECEIVING INSULIN AND METFORMIN (EITHER THERAPY STARTRED INITIALLY)/WOMEN ON INSULIN THERAPY ALONE 4) RECEIVING REGULAR+/- NPH INSULIN
