Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patient, diagnosed by abdomen ultrasonic examination (grade I and II) 2.NAFLD confirmed by USG with or without having symptoms like fatigue, mild discomfort in the upper quadrant of abdomen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy and weak patients 2.Any dysfunction of liver besides non-alcoholic fatty liver disease like hepatitis, liver cirrhosis 3.Liver Transplantation or Any other Condition Interfering with the result of the treatment. 4.Metabolic syndromes such as Type I and II diabetes mellitus, hypertension, thyroid dysfunctions
