Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Development phase: Children aged of 5-12 years. Visiting eye OPD for first time with visual symptoms. Having either refractive error or eye infection or eye allergy or eye injury will be included. Attending English medium school. Validation phase: Children aged of 5-12 years. Both having any or not having ocular symptoms like refractive error or eye infection or eye allergy or eye injury will be included. Attending English medium school.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Development and validation phase: Difficulty in following instructions. Any diagnosed cognitive disorders.
