Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of calculus of age group (above 15years) irrespective of gender and occupation is included. Patients having classical signs and symptoms of mutrashmari is included. Uncomplicated patients having with or without mild hydronephrosis will be selected. Size of calculus: Less than 08mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complications related to kidney/ bladder/ ureter. Pregnant women and lactating mothers and children below age of 15 years will be excluded. Patients having moderate or severe Hydronephrosis will be excluded. Patients will be dropped if they develop any complications during the course will also be managed by standard treatment.

There will be significant reduction in size of calculus or fall of calculus by Kokilaksha Paniya Kshara.Timepoint: 21 days study with three follow up(0,7th, 14th, 21st day)
