Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: workers involved in the plucking of leaves for at least 1 year and have given consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Workers who suffered from any accident or injuries related to muscle and bones from the past 1 year and have taken leave for the same. Workers who are shifting their work from one department to another. Workers who are doing part-time jobs outside.
