Inclusion criteria: Visualization of Makshika (fly like), Mashaka, Kesha (hair like), Jala (cobweb), Mandala, Pataka,Marichi, Kundala like structure in front of the eyes in patients with A)Myopia B)Hypermetropia C)Vitreous Opacities D)Early Posterior Vitreous Detachment 2.Age group between 18- 70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetic retinopathy 2.Glaucoma 3.Cataract 4.pregnancy and lactation 5.any other ocular disease related to CNS 6.age group below 18 years
