Inclusion criteria: Subjects falling under the age group 18-80 years across both sexes, different caste, class and religion..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who are not willing to give the consent for the study. 2. Patients with dementia and other psychiatric conditions affecting decision making Patient requiring acute emergency care such as high grade fever (above 102 degree fahrenheit) or severe incapacitating pain etc Â
