Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-60 years 2) ASA Class I, II 3) Patients undergoing elective surgery under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are unable lie in lateral position 2) Pregnant patients
