Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females of 18 to 45 year age group. Presence of neck pain over the posterior and lateral aspect of the neck. Stiff neck. Neck spasm. VAS score more than 30mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other assosiated disorder of cervical spine. Cervical Radiculopathy. Fractures of Cervical Spine and/or Upper Limb. Diagnosed Metabolic Bone Disease. Severe Spain or Strain. Hypermobility. Diagnosed Psychological Disorder. Vertebral Fracture. Previous Neck Surgery. Neck Pain associated with Vertigo.
