Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A mature permanent single-rooted single-canal tooth with intact pulp chamber walls. 2. Necrotic pulps as confirmed by negative response to sensitivity pulp tests. 3. Clinical and radiographic evidence of apical periodontitis. 4. Patients suffering from apical periodontitis with lesion size
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from a significant systemic condition. 2. Patients who received antibiotic therapy within the previous 3 months 3. Teeth with calcified pulp chamber 4. Teeth with vertical root fracture 5. Teeth which had received previous endodontic treatment 6. Cases showing periodontal pockets deeper than 4mm. 7. Patients on medications such as chemotherapy, anticoagulants, corticosteroids, bisphosphonates and immunosuppressant drugs 8. Patients who have chronic diseases decompensated (e.g. hypertension, diabetes, rheumatic diseases, renal, and hepatic) 9. Patients with bone diseases, metabolic (osteomalacia, hypocalcemia and hypercalcemia.
