Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Sub-acute lateral ankle sprain injury (Grade I and II) 2. Injury should have occurred between 2 to 10 weeks period 3. Pain range is between 4 to 6 on 11-point NPRS. 4. Persistent lateral ankle pain while performing functional activities and still be able to fully weight bear. 5. Male and Female between age of 18 to 30 years 6. BMI between 18 to 24 Kg/m2 7. Running a minimum of 5 miles per week 8. Can read, write and understand English
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent Lower limb or ankle fracture (1 to 2 Week) 2. Intra-articular ankle swelling / effusion 3. Syndesmotic sprain or injury 4. Mid-foot injury 5. Any other systemic illness 6. Not willing to participate in the study 7. Recurrent ankle sprain.
