Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female fast bowlers between 18-30 years of age who had been playing cricket for at least 6 months prior to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had any current injury to the kinetic chain that impaired their ability to bowl. 2. Subjects having current episodes of back pain, discomfort in contracting abdominal muscles. 3. On any medications that interfere with playerâ??s fitness. 4. History of any injuries or surgeries in past 6 months that restricted them to bowl.
