Interventions

Intervention1: Gaze stability exercises and yogic exercises.: Gaze stability exercises and yogic exercises will be given to the participants for five times a week for three weeks. Control Intervention

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with bilateral myopia by ophthalmologist with visual acuity Ã?Æ? -2.25 D

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants having refractive error other than myopia 2.Participants having any eye pathology 3. Participants having any systemic disease, musculoskeletal and neurological condition which can have an impact on their balance, proprioception and reaction time ,any type of fracture or injury etc 4. Patients with BPPV, any type of vertigo or any vestibular disorders.
