Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neck pain with upper extremity pain, paresthesia and numbness Positive Spurling test Positive Distraction test Upper limb tension test should be positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Development of systemic/ degenerative disease Neck pain associated with whiplash injury Medical red flag history(tumor, fracture, metabolic disease, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis).
