Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ceramic workers,Both male and female, Age between 20 to 40 years, Workers working in ceramic industries at least for 2 years, Workers with decreased PFT value of FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC Ratio (

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Un cooperative individuals Smokers Obese individual Diabetic individual Hypertensive individual Individual undergoing meditation or yoga therapy Individual doing any kind of exercise on daily basis
