Intervention1: Intra-oral Physiotherapy verses Extra-oral Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy treatment for restricted mouth opening in tobacco chewing people. FREQUENCY : 6 DAYS PAR WEEK DURATION : 2 WEEKS.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: Between 20-55 years Gender : Both male and female Tobacco chew people Maximal Mouth Opening

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any other disease that mimics OSMF such as systemic sclerosis. Patients with any history of radiotherapy, chemotherapy History of medicinal or surgical treatment for OSMF, and presence of other systemic disease (screened by medical history/questionnaire) were excluded from the study.tmj arthritis, dislocation of tmj .
