Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare whether bilateral Transversus abdominis plane block with 0.25% bupivacaine given in the study group just after induction can alleviate haemodynamic changes in laparoscopic cholecystectomy while creating pneumoperitoneum with control group who are receiving 0.9% normal saline in Transversus abdominis plane blockTimepoint: Before induction, just before pneumoperitoneum, immediately after pneumoperitoneum, 5 minutes 10 minutes 15 minutes 20 minutes 25 minutes 30 minutes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To observe analgesia in post laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients using visual analogue scale in both groupTimepoint: 1 hour 4 hour 8 hour 12 hour
