Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)All Genders, age of 18 to 65 years. 2) Acc. To ICHD-4 1) At least 5 episodes with vestibular symptoms moderate or severe intensity 2) episode lasting from 5 min to 72 hours 3) Headache with at least two of the following characteristics: 4)One sided location, pulsating quality. 5)Moderate or severe pain intensity. 6)Aggravation by routine physical activity. 7)Photophobia, phonophobia or Osmophobia 8)Patient with Dizziness (screened by DHI- score more than 6)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects associated with any other neurological disorder, Acute Head or Neck injuries, Diagnosed with any other vestibular disorder or perceptual disorders. � Undergoing treatment for any other medical conditions. � Not better accounted for any another ICHD diagnosis.
