Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health care providers belonging to age group: 23 to 30 years of age. Subjects willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects having a medical condition that would interfere with their ability to exercise safely , musculoskeletal conditions like fractures, sprains and recent surgeries. Subjects who are allergic to N95 masks.
