Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with h/o of ischemic stroke confirmed by neuroimaging. 2. Patients who presented with ischemic stroke within 24 hours following admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who had a past history of stroke 2. Patient with haemorrhagic stroke 3. Patients have had a history of fever 1 weeks before the stroke 4. Patients who took immunosuppressantâ??s or steroids 5. Patient on immunosuppressant and ongoing treatment for malignancy.
