Interventions

Intervention1: tissue flossing and myofascial relaxation: Wrapping of floss band in hamstring muscle group followed by stretching of band to 1.5 times its natural length, with maintaining the tension.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mechanical back pain with VAS�6 Age group 18 to 30 years old both male and female Hamstring tightness popliteal angle less than 80 degree Negative SLR

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Latex allergy Any recent surgical history (spine, hip, knee, ankle) cord compression, radiculopathy venous thrombotic disease heart diseases dermatitis Radiculopathy, Any long-term anticoagulant or corticosteroid drugs intake. Hypertension ; diastolic BP >100 mmHg, systolic BP >160 mmHg
