Inclusion criteria: All categories of prescription drugs returned to the pharmacy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non drug items (syringes, needles, catheters, plasters, etc.), out-patient prescriptions, OTC (over the counter) medications 2. Patients who are not willing to give consent.
