Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Alopecia areata Age 10 to 34 years both males and females
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of malignancy (except history of successfully treated basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin) Patient with any other major illnesses like hypothyroidism, hypopituitarism, psoriasis and nutritional deficiencies. Patients taking immunosuppressive medications, including but not limited to prednisone, methotrexate, mycophenolate mofetil, azathioprine, tacrolimus, cyclosporine, or TNH-alpha inhibitors Women who are pregnant or nursing
