Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women who are experiencing a mild and moderate degree of menopausal symptoms and moderate and poor wellbeing. 2.Women who are having menopausal symptoms for 6 months. 3.Women who have complete cessation of menstruation for 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women with surgical menopause. 2.Women on medications such as anxiolytics, anti-depressants, to avoid treatment-related effects. 3.Women having severe comorbidity like cancer, severe medical disorder, etc 4.Women with Hormonal replacement therapy. 5.Women with a moderate and severe degree of menopausal symptoms but who express having good wellbeing.

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in the physical wellbeing and good family supportTimepoint: 1.Soon after the one week of completion of the intervention the post test will be conducted. 2.Assessing the wellbeing of women after 1 month, 3 month and 6month respectively. 3.After the intervention Biophysical markers like , Blood sugar level and lipid profile along with BMI and Blood pressure will be checked for 1 month,3 month and 6 month respectively.
