Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Either gender, ASA grade I to IV, Elective cranial and spine surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery, Surgery without general anaesthesia, Surgery performed outside the operating rooms such as stereotactic biopsy or GKRS
