Exclusion criteria: Injury, infection, previous surgical scar in the neck Sono-anatomy of neural elements is not clear Thyroid swelling Neck swelling Post-burns contractures Pregnant women Any anatomical malformation Post-graduate students

To measure the phrenic nerve distance from neural elements in classic interscalene approach and at the level of the trunks of the brachial plexus using ultrasound on either side of the neck and to identify any differences seen between the right and left side in these measurementsTimepoint: single point observation
