Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective spine surgery ASA grade 1,2,3 BMI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency spine surgery Age less than 20years and more than 70 years BMI >30 Pre existing lung pathology

Peak airway pressure Dynamic lung complainceTimepoint: 5minutes after intubation in Supine position and 10 minutes after shifting to prone position and every 15 minutes in prone position till the end of surgery

MeasureTime frame
Arterial oxygen and carbon dioxide tension Mean inspiratory pressure Mean arterial pressureTimepoint: Patient is intubated in Supine position and outcomes are recorded 5 minutes in supine position and 10 minutes after shifting to prone position and every 15 minutes till the end of surgery in prone position
