Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elective spine surgery ASA grade 1,2,3 BMI
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency spine surgery Age less than 20years and more than 70 years BMI >30 Pre existing lung pathology
