Inclusion criteria: Pre-diabetic individuals without any other health issues Participants who are willing to sign the written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardio Vascular diseases (CVD), Asthma, Hernia Undergone any kind of abdominal surgery Hypertension Individuals practising yoga
