Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: � Healthy professional football players of all genders � Age between 18 to 28 years � Subject who are not taking any type of plyometric training at the time of study � Subjects who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: � Any history of serious musculoskeletal injury within past 6 months � A history of previous ACL injury within past 1 year � Diagnosed case of neurological deficit
