Inclusion criteria: DOCTORS, NURSES, GROUP-D WORKERS who have done duty in the COVID department for 6-8 hours considering the break time taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: consultants and visiting consultants, shift lead nurses who come just for rounds and monitoring
