Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with untreated lesions of acquired dermal macular pigmentation of either sex with age >= 18 years who can give valid consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 2. Patients refusing consent. 3. Pregnant and lactating women. 4. Patients on treatment ( a wash off period of 12 weeks will be taken to include in the study)
