Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 patient with active marital life more than 1 year but failed to conceive with at least one fallopian tube blockage diagnosed by HSG and by any other methods 2 Patient suitable for Virechana ,Niruhabasti and Uttarabasti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having age group below 20 years and above 40 years 2. Patients having Carcinoma of reproductive tract 3. Patients having active inflammatory disease eg acute PID STD like HIV VDRL HBsAg HCV and TORCH positive 4. Patient having Congenital anomaly of reproductive tract 5. Patients having uncontrolled Hypertension DM and any other severe systemic disease 6. Women with Hb less than 7 gm% 7. Patients not suitable for Virechana Niruhabasti and Uttarabasti.
