Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic individual, Athletes with increased carrying angle.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pathology around elbow and wrist joint, Medial, ulnar and Radial nerve Palsy, Fractures around shoulder, elbow and wrist joint, Pain in elbow or wrist joint, Cervical radiculopathy
Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1) To determine the effects of myofascial release, on flexors and extensors isometric strength ratio of wrist in athletes with increased carrying angle. 2) To determine the effect of Myofascial release (MFR) in ulnar and radial deviation isometric strength ratio in athletes with increased carrying angle. Timepoint: Post Assessment of range of motion of wrists all ranges and elbow supination and pronation will be check and the isometric strength of flexors, extensors, ulnar and radial deviation muscles will be done after 2 and 4 weeks of the intervention. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1) To determine the baseline data of isometric strength ratio of flexor and extensor muscles of wrist in athletes with increased carrying angle. 2)) To determine the baseline data of isometric strength ratio of ulnar and radial deviators of wrist in athletes with increased carrying angle.Timepoint: Post Assessment of range of motion of wrists all ranges and elbow supination and pronation will be check and the isometric strength of flexors, extensors, ulnar and radial deviation muscles will be done after 2 and 4 weeks of the intervention. | — |
