Intervention1: PENG block: Single shot USG guided PENG block under all aseptic precautions with injection Bupivacaine 0.25% 20 ml with dexamethasone 4 mg. Control Intervention1: FEMORAL block: Single

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age : 18-70 years 2)Weight : >40 kg to 3)American society of anesthesia grading : I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient refusal to take part in study 2) Bleeding tendency 3)Local site infection 4)Allergy to Local Anesthetics 5)Poly trauma 6)Chronic fracture ( more than 7 day old fracture) 7)Patient who had difficulty in expressing pain score like hearing disability, mentally challenged, dementia or psychiatric illness
