Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having Adherent Scalp Flaking Score (ASFS) score >24. Patients having classical features of darunaka i.e Kandu (Itching) , Kesha bhoomi rookshata (Dryness of scalp) , Kesha chyuti (Hair fall) and Kesha bhoomi prapatana (Flaking).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Psoriasis, Alopecia � Pregnancy, Lactating women � Patients under systemic or topical antibiotics, steroids, immunomodulating drugs, and undergone hair growth treatments. � History of allergic reaction to topically applied hair care products.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Subjective evaluation is done by evaluating characteristics of Darunaka like Kandu, Kesha bhumi rukshata and Kesha bhumi prapatana.Timepoint: Assessment will be done on baseline & after 4 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Objective evaluation is done by using: Squamometric assessment using dandruff tester [ D ââ?¬â?? SQUAME] ASFS score [ Adherent Scalp Flaking Score] of moderate (25-34) to severe (34-80). Scalp skin parameters using DermaLab.Timepoint: Assessment will be done on baseline and after 4 weeks.
