Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status 1 & 2, Patients between age group of 18-65 years. Patients who are diagnosed with Carcinoma Breast and posted for Modified Radical Mastectomy (MRM) surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who refuse to give consent. 2.Patients having uncontrolled Hypertension, Hypotension and Bradycardia (HR 3.Allergic to any of the Drugs to be used in the study. 4.Bleeding diathesis. 5.BMI > 30 kg/m2

To study the pain free duration after giving erector spinae plane block.Timepoint: At 0,1,2,3,4,6,12,24 hour after shifting to post anaesthesia care unit.
