Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: � Individuals with non specific low back pain in age group of 18-60 years. � Score of >3 on VAS. � Passive trunk rotation testing for QL tightness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of spinal surgeries. 2. Diagnosed with conditions such as lumbar radiculopathy, lumbar spondylosis, ankylosing spondylitis, PIVD. 3. Having sensitive skin, allergic to gel, open wounds on the back.
