Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The following criteria shall be used to include the subjects for the study. 1. Those who met the criteria of pre-frailty according to Friedââ?¬•s frailty Phenotype. 2. Volunteers between 60 ââ?¬â?? 70 years of age 3. Participants who are interested and willing to participate in study 4. No prior exposure to yoga 5. Able to perform yogic practices 6. Subjects with a history of lifestyle disorders like diabetes mellitus and hypertension 7. People who smoke

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with neurodegenerative disorders and neurological disorders like stroke, major depressive disorder, psychosis, anxiety disorder, severe hearing and visual impairments 2. Those who have undergone any recent surgery. 3. People having the problem renal failure 4. People having alcohol dependance 5. Those who are having severe complications of diabetes and hypertension.
