Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who will agree to fill the consent form 2) Patients who have neck pain with score of equal to or more than 3 on VAS. 3) Patients with Neck Disability Index (NDI) score above 15/50. 4) Patients with first rib restriction along with non specific neck pain. 5) Patients who are not into any form of exercise training during the study. and had reported a NsNP of at least 6 weeksââ?¬• duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy. 2) Patient with inherent cervical rib 3) Patient with thoracic outlet syndrome 4) patients who had any kind of previous fracture in cervical region. 5) patients with symptoms of Cervicogenic headache. 6) patients diagnosed with Any other serious pathological condition 7) Inclusion of red flags and nerve root disorders.
